一. Requirements for Aluminum Profile Framing:
1. Ordinary curtain wall profiles, ordinary door and window profiles, and industrial profiles must each be packed in separate frames.
2. Thermal insulation curtain wall profiles and thermal door and window profiles must each be packed in separate frames.
3. It is not allowed to mix thermal insulation profiles with ordinary profiles in the same frame.
4. Each frame must be filled up to 5mm below the top of the frame, and each row of profiles should be separated by spacers to ensure that hot air can circulate around each profile for heating purposes.
5. Flat profiles with a wall thickness ≥4mm are not allowed to be stacked (only one piece per layer).
6. For small materials with a wall thickness ≥2mm, a ventilation channel of 80mm must be left in the middle of each frame.
二. Aging Process:
1. Ordinary curtain wall profiles, ordinary door and window profiles, and industrial profiles must be aged together in the same aging furnace. The furnace temperature should be controlled within 195℃ ± 5℃. After reaching the set temperature, maintain it for 3 hours, then take the profiles out. Immediately after removal, turn on the fan to blow air for 20 minutes to cool them, and the quality inspector will check the hardness.
2. Insulated curtain wall profiles and insulated door and window profiles must be aged together in the same aging furnace. The furnace temperature should be controlled within 180℃ ± 3℃. After reaching the set temperature, maintain it for 3 hours, then take the profiles out. Immediately after removal, turn on the fan to blow air for 20 minutes to cool them, and the quality inspector will check the hardness.
3. If the insulated profiles do not fill the furnace, 1–2 racks of ordinary profiles (with a wall thickness below 2.0mm) can be added to the same furnace for aging. The aging process should follow the insulated profile procedure.
4. When hanging materials into the furnace, the ends of the profiles should be 80–100mm away from the air guide opening.
5. When the furnace temperature reaches the required process temperature, the aging operator should measure the actual temperature inside the furnace every 30 minutes using a glass thermometer and keep original records.
