Aluminum smelting

1.Put the aluminum ingot into the melting furnace and melt it. Be careful not to slow down the furnace. It is best to first put a small amount of aluminum ingot into water, then add a part and then convert it into water and then cast it. Until the expected weight is reached. Proper agitation and ashing are required during the melting process.

2.After the aluminum water is melted, add silicon. It should be noted that the aluminum surface should be cleaned before the silicon is melted, the broken silicon powder should not be added, and the silicon should be properly stirred during the process.

3.After silicidation, put a certain amount of aluminum ingot as the cooling material, because the temperature will be higher after siliconizing, and the amount of cooling material is determined according to the temperature required by your casting. At the end of the cooling, magnesium will be added.

4.Then carry out refining and refining processes such as degassing, refining, deterioration, and standing, and operate according to the requirements of the factory and equipment.

5.Finally used for casting.
