2. Before the mold test, the extrusion center of the aluminum extruder must be adjusted, and the extrusion shaft, ingot barrel and mold base discharge port are on a center line.
3. In the mold trial and normal production process, the heating temperature of the aluminum rod should be guaranteed to be between 480-520 °C.
4. The heating temperature of the aluminum profile mold is controlled at about 480 °C according to the conventional mold temperature, and the insulation time of the flat mold with a diameter of less than 200mm shall not be less than 2 hours, and the insulation time of the flat mold shall not be less than 3 hours if it is a split mold; The mold with a diameter of more than 200mm is kept warm for 4-6 hours to ensure the uniformity of the mold core temperature and the external temperature.
5. Before mold testing or production, the inner liner of the ingot cylinder must be cleaned with a clear cylinder gasket, and check whether the dry operation of the extruder is normal.
6. When the mold is tested or just started production, the automatic gear of the extruder is turned off, and the switch of each section is returned to the zero position. Start from the minimum pressure and slowly start pressing, discharging about 3-5 minutes, and control the pressure during the aluminum filling process. The pressure is controlled within 100Kg/cm2, the ammeter data is within 2-3A, generally 80-120Kg/cm2 can be discharged, and then it can be slowly accelerated, and the extrusion speed during normal production is subject to the pressure less than 120 Kg/cm2.
7. In the process of mold trial or production, if it is found that the mold is blocked, the deflection tooth, the speed deviation is too large, etc., the machine should be stopped immediately, and the mold should be unloaded in the way of point retreat to avoid the mold being scrapped.
8. In the process of mold testing or aluminum production, the discharge port must be unobstructed, and the loose strength of the cushion or fixture should be reasonably grasped according to the discharge situation. Observe and find abnormal situations at any time, deal with them in time, and stop the machine immediately when it is time to stop.
9. In the process of straightening, it is necessary to carefully detect the changes before and after, standardize the operation, use moderate force, and strictly ensure product quality.
10. According to the requirements of the aluminum production plan, the length is reasonable, and the sawing speed can not be too fast to avoid hurting the end, and the end must be clamped to remove the flash and burr.
11. The loading of aluminum alloy profiles should be standardized, including the gasket strips should be placed reasonably to avoid damage to the profiles.
12. The aging temperature of the aluminum profile is controlled at 190±5 °C, the heat preservation is 2.5-4 hours, and the air cooling is carried out after the furnace.
