In the production and processing of industrial aluminum profiles, how to control the hardness is the key, a little unqualified, will bring trouble to the user, so how to solve the low hardness of industrial aluminum profiles?
1. Setting and control of the aging furnace temperature of aluminum profiles: Usually, there is a certain error between the aging furnace temperature and the aging furnace surface temperature, and the table temperature should be set according to the actual temperature of the furnace, and the fluctuation of the aging furnace temperature should be paid close attention to.
2. Aging insulation of aluminum profiles: Aging should be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements, and the insulation time should be appropriate to prevent insufficient hardness due to lack of timeliness or outdatedness.
3. The extrusion frame of aluminum profiles should not be too dense, and there should be a gap between the materials, especially the intervals between small and thick materials that are not ventilated.
4. Before installing the aluminum profile, other special alloys of 6xxx and ordinary 6063 alloys should be installed separately for the furnace aging, and when the production reasons are indeed in the same furnace, the process of special alloys should be used for aging.
The aluminum profile produced by extrusion has low hardness before aging and cannot be used as a finished product, so generally speaking, it must be aged to improve strength. Usually, the aging can be divided into two types: natural aging and artificial aging, and the current production of 6xxx aluminum profiles is basically based on the latter.
