In order to adapt to the characteristics of the elongated parts of the aluminum profile,the working surface of the aluminum profile machining center is mostly narrow and long.The width is not more than 500mm and the length is 6500mm to 7000mm to adapt to the typical 6m profile processing.The maximum speed of the spindle of the machining center is generally below 8000 rpm,and the maximum speed of the shaft can reach or exceed 18000 rpm.
Different processing methods:
Aluminum profiles generally require milling,drilling,and tapping,and milling/surface,boring, and boring are rarely used.As a manufacturer of aluminum profiles,we also have deep processing workshops.Generally,our deep-processing products are perforated tapping, and there are many milling slots,mainly mounting holes.
