1.Roll coating process

The luster is divided into pearlescent and matte, and most of them are pearlescent on the market. Its price is higher than spraying. The characteristic of the roller coating plate is that the degree of color simulation is extremely high; the quality of the roller coating process is very different, in addition to all materials, it is also related to its coloring.
2.Anodizing process
Higher hardness and abrasion resistance, extremely strong adhesion ability, strong adsorption ability, good corrosion resistance and electrical insulation and high thermal insulation, and strong oxidation ability.
3.Spraying process
It is made by spraying colored paint on the surface of aluminum veneer and then drying it. The color distribution of sprayed aluminum plate is uniform, and it is resistant to corrosion and fire.
4.Metal drawing process
This is a newly introduced surface treatment process, which is based on aluminum veneer, using imported diamond cloth wheel surface drawing, through various types of chemical treatment such as compression molding and roll coating. The surface color is bright, uniform, and has a strong sense of fashion, giving a strong visual impact.
5.Laminating process
Select high-gloss film or magic color film, the surface of the board is coated with a professional adhesive compound. The film board has bright luster, can choose a wide variety of colors, waterproof, fireproof, has excellent durability (weather resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance) and stain resistance, superior UV resistance.
