2. Prevention and treatment measures:
(1) Good material selection, good tool performance;
(2) Carefully plug the sealing filler, the filling surface from the board surface distance is consistent, the embedding sealant depth is consistent, so that the joint is dense, the joint surface is straight;
(3) The operator is skilled in handling the stitching gun, keeping the speed uniform and the distance consistent, with the insertion of air, once there is a bubble will be pierced, and the gas is flattened with a trowel.
Three, the closing treatment is not firm, not smooth, not sealed
1, the reason: the construction according to the requirements, the installation is not careful, the method is improper.
2. Prevention and treatment measures:
(1) Make a good closing scheme before construction, and adopt a reasonable closing scheme for different structures and conditions
(2) Strict operation during installation, master the essentials.
Four, surface pollution, there are dents
1. Reasons:
(1) Early removal of protective film and improper measures to protect finished products;
(2) Improper protection of finished products during the construction of the next process, resulting in impact on the board.
2. Prevention and treatment measures:
(1) Do not remove the protective film too early, it is better to remove the scaffolding when dismantling;
(2) Formulating feasible protection measures for finished products during the work;
(3) Clean up the polluted place in time and scrub it clean.
