Production process
1.The manufacturing of aluminium door extrusion profiles begins with selecting high-quality aluminium alloy.
2.This alloy is then heated to a plastic state and forced through a die under pressure, shaping it into the desired profile.
3.The resulting profile is corrected and cooled and cut to a length of 6-7 meters, placed in the frame and then heat treated, that is, aging, further making the product reach a certain hardness.
4.Then according to customer requirements CNC machining, such as drilling,milling and so on.
5.Surface treatment is also indispensable for aluminum door extruded profiles, including anodizing and powder coating. These treatments not only provide a protective layer against corrosion for the profiles, but also select colors and textures according to the actual application.
6.The last part is packing and shipping.

Production cycle
The development cycle of the new mold is 9-20 days (the specific time refers to the difficulty of the mold), and the batch order is confirmed after the sample is submitted and accepted. The production cycle of regular billet order is 8-12 days, spray coating/oxidation material is 10-15 days, coloring material is 15-20 days, and the delivery time of bulk order is discussed according to the order.

Packing method
A. Profile: single cotton/single decorative surface coating (or appropriate packaging measures according to the material situation, to avoid the risk of damage caused by transportation. B. Aluminum products: single-piece wrapping paper/pearl cotton, carton and pallet. The price of wooden cases, wooden frames or other packing methods required by customers is included separately.

Payment method
The mold fee shall be paid in full before the mold opening; 30% deposit of the total amount of customized order, the balance of payment before delivery.

Type of shipping
Air Express, rail/sea bulk, FCL shipments are all available. Freight borne by the demander, please confirm the relevant delivery method when placing the order.

After-sale service
After receiving the goods, please check the list first. If there is any abnormal situation such as material shortage or damage, please contact us to explain the situation before signing, and provide relevant photos and evidence, we will make a treatment plan after verification.
