CNC Router Aluminium Profiles have a dense oxide film, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, easy CNC milling, drilling, surface treatment performance, anti-corrosion ability, excellent extrusion performance, can be made into complex cross-section profiles, but the strength is low, and it is mostly used in non-load-bearing structures.
Dimensions & Specifications
The width of the bearing surface of the aluminium profile can be around 20 - 30mm, which provides sufficient support without wasting too much material. Surface treatment process
CNC Router Aluminium Profile layer is dense, weather-resistant, suitable for outdoor equipment, and the resistance to UV aging is better than that of anodizing. Hard-anodized or plated parts can withstand some friction, but should not be directly scratched by sharp objects.
