Polished Aluminum Angle Trim is an L90-degree aluminum angle strip extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum and processed with precision mirror polishing. It can serve as both a corner protection component and a decorative metal edge decoration. Can protect walls, furniture and board corners from impact damage.

Material Safety

This product is made of 6063-T5 primary aluminum alloy, which is an environmentally friendly aluminum profile with no formaldehyde, no volatile harmful substances, and no toxic precipitates. It can be used in indoor home decoration, commercial spaces, furniture manufacturing and other scenarios where people are in close contact with people.

The material has stable performance and will not release harmful substances under normal use conditions, and can meet the safe use requirements of commercial decoration and furniture;

Aluminum alloy can be recycled and reused, which is a green and environmentally friendly material;

Note: Avoid long-term contact with strong acids and alkalis. Strong corrosive environments will destroy the surface polishing layer and affect product life;

Take care when processing and cutting to avoid scratches by aluminum chips. The finished product has been deburred before leaving the factory. It is safe and reliable for normal installation and use.

Inspection process

We implement comprehensive quality control throughout the entire process: raw material incoming inspection, process patrol, finished product inspection, and shipment spot checks, ensuring stable quality for every batch of polished aluminum angle bars.

1.Raw Material Incoming Factory Inspection
Each batch of aluminum rods undergoes spectral component testing to confirm they are qualified 6063-T5 alloy and remove impurities; Check the surface of the aluminum rod for cracks and oxidation defects, and keep a material report.

2. Extrusion Process Inspection 
Real-time monitoring of profile straightness, wall thickness, and angle tolerances during the extrusion process; Periodic sampling measures and tolerance ranges are controlled.

3. Polishing Process Inspection
After polishing, randomly inspect each batch of surfaces to check the mirror effect, and troubleshoot for scratches, pitting, watermarks, and poor local polishing.

4.Finished Product Inspection After Precision Cutting
Check dimensions, length, and angles; Check the deburring effect and confirm there are no sharp edges; Color comparison with standard samples; Record inspection data.

5. Pre-shipment Sampling Inspection 
After product packaging, randomly sample and review appearance, dimensions, and packaging integrity to ensure proper packaging protection and prevent scratches during transport; Only after passing inspection can shipments be arranged, and factory quality inspection reports can be provided.

1. Warranty Commitment: The product comes with a 1-year warranty under normal installation and indoor usage conditions; Damage caused by humans, strong acid and alkali corrosion, or outdoor use without protective layers is not covered by the warranty.

2. Technical Support: Pre-sales can provide selection advice, drawing verification, and technical parameter documentation; After shipment, we provide installation guidance and answer any questions about the project.

3. Quality Issue Handling: If the factory has inherent quality defects after leaving the factory, we will provide corresponding solutions within the specified time after receiving the goods; Transportation damage can be assisted with logistics handling.
