Inspection Items: Alloy chemical composition, mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength), internal defects of casting rods
Testing Methods: Direct-read spectrometer for composition analysis, universal testing machine for performance testing, ultrasonic flaw detection
Standards Reference: GB/T 3190, GB/T 5237.1
Judgment Rules: Raw materials with out-of-spec composition, failed mechanical properties, or internal shrinkage/slag are directly rejected; material certification documents are verified batch by batch.
2. Online Inspection During Extrusion Process
Inspection Items: Cross-section size (height, wall thickness, snap-fit dimensions), straightness, surface flatness, appearance defects
Testing Methods: Vernier calipers and micrometers for individual measurement, straightness detector calibration, 100% visual inspection for bubbles, scratches, deformations
Tolerance Control: Key dimensions controlled within ±0.1mm, straightness ≤1mm/m, all visible surface defects removed
Special Check: Random sampling to check the snap-fit fit of base and cover to ensure consistent assembly tightness.
3. Anodizing Process Inspection
Inspection Items: Oxide film thickness, color uniformity, film adhesion, corrosion resistance
Testing Methods: Eddy current thickness gauge to measure film thickness (compliant with GB/T 4957), color comparison with standard color boards, cross-hatch adhesion test, random sampling for corrosion resistance using salt spray test
Standards Reference: GB/T 5237.2
Judgment Rules: Standard grade products have an average oxide film thickness ≥10μm, thickened grade ≥15μm; any products with color deviation outside the color board range or film detachment are all returned for rework.
4. Full-Dimension Final Inspection of Finished Products
Inspection Items: Appearance quality, length accuracy, angle accuracy, compatibility of accessories
Testing Methods: Visual inspection of the entire surface for each piece, measuring dimensions with steel tape and angle ruler, trial assembly with inner/outer corners and butt joints to verify fit
Rejection Criteria: Products with scratches, dents, color differences, dimension deviations, or excessive accessory fit gaps are all rejected.
