Weather resistance
Black Aluminium Tile Trim electrolysis process increases the thickness of the oxide film to 5-25 μm with a porosity of 15%-20%, which adsorbs the dye to form a black appearance. Silicone sealant is filled at the joint between the aluminum strip and the tile during installation, which creates a waterproof barrier and is weather-resistant for 5-8 years.

Corrosion resistance
Black Aluminium Tile Trim has a dense surface coating that resists minor scratches, but is slightly less hard than anodized films, making it unsuitable for high-impact environments. Installation structure design
