Our company has 3 advanced extrusion lines, capacity namely 2000 tons, 800 tons and 700 tons. Introduction to aluminum profiles
Aluminum profile, is the aluminum bar through the hot melt, extrusion, and thus the shape of different sections of aluminum materials.The production process of aluminum profile mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring.Among them, coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoresis coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer, and other processes.
I. it can be divided into the following categories according to purposes:
1. Building aluminum profiles (divided into doors, Windows and curtain walls).
2. Radiator aluminum profile
3. Aluminum profiles for furniture
4. Conventional square tube and round tube aluminum profiles
5. General industrial aluminum profiles: mainly used in industrial production and manufacturing, such as automatic machinery equipment, the framework of the cover and companies according to their own mechanical equipment requirements customized mold, such as assembly line conveyor belt, elevator, dispensing machine, testing equipment, shelves and so on, electronic machinery industry and dust room in the majority!
