The aluminum extrusion housings follow a standardized production process: raw material inspection → hot extrusion forming → heat treatment → straightening → CNC precision machining → surface treatment. Each batch of products is tested for tensile strength, hardness, flatness, and dimensional tolerance, ensuring stable mechanical properties, resistance to deformation and cracking, and high consistency in quality for large orders.
