quality control



The inspection process of CNC machined aluminum alloy products can be simplified into three major links to efficiently control quality:
1. Incoming material inspection
Check the aluminum alloy grade (such as 6061, 7075) and heat treatment status, check the hardness and size (thickness/diameter deviation ≤± 0.1mm), and check for surface cracks, oxidation spots and other defects to ensure raw material compliance.
2. Process inspection
The first part must be inspected for full size (use three coordinates to measure the key dimensions, tolerance within ±0.01mm), shape and position tolerance (flatness ≤ 0.005mm/100mm); Inspect the surface knife pattern and burr between processes, measure the thickness uniformity of thin-walled parts, and correct the processing deviation in time.
3. Finished product inspection
Full inspection of appearance (no scratches, color difference), surface roughness (Ra 0.8-3.2um), sampling and assembly adaptability (such as gap 0.01-0.03mm), additional inspection of internal defects of key parts (ultrasonic flaw detection), classification of unqualified products for rework or scrapping, the whole process can be traced.
