1.Cut off
Broken material, also known as "cutting", is the first process of making aluminum alloy doors and windows. The cutting equipment is mainly used to accurately cut the length of the material according to the design requirements and referring to the large sample drawing of the door and window. The error value of the material size should be controlled within 2mm, otherwise the sealing quality of the door and window is difficult to guarantee.
2.Drilling
The frame fan assembly of aluminum alloy doors and windows is generally screwed, so whether it is the assembly of the horizontal and vertical members or the fixing of the accessories, it is necessary to drill holes in the corresponding positions. Drilling of profiles can be done with small bench drills. Thanks to the workbench, the accuracy of the drilling position can be ensured. The use of pistol drills facilitates easy operation. Before drilling, the elastic line should be positioned on the profile according to the assembly requirements. The drilling position is required to be accurate and the hole diameter is suitable.
3.Assembly
According to the requirements of the construction large sample drawing, the profiles are assembled by screws. Aluminum alloy doors and windows are assembled in a 45 degree angle butt joint, a right angle butt joint and a vertical butt joint. The connection of the horizontal and vertical rods is usually made by special connecting pieces or aluminum angles, and then fixed by screws, bolts or aluminum rivets.
4.Protection or packaging
After the semi-finished products are assembled and inspected, they are cleaned, covered with product certificates, packaged, and then placed in the next step, such as income warehouse or warehouse logistics.
