In the production and processing of industrial aluminum profiles, how to control the hardness is the key, a little unqualified, it will bring trouble to the user, so how to solve the industrial aluminum profile hardness is too low?
1. Setting and control of the aging furnace temperature of aluminum profiles: Generally, there is a certain error between the aging furnace temperature and the apparent temperature of the aging furnace, and the surface temperature should be set according to the actual temperature of the furnace, and the fluctuation of the aging furnace temperature should be paid close attention.
2. Aging insulation of aluminum profiles: aging should be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements, and the insulation time should be appropriate to prevent insufficient hardness caused by underaging or obsolescence.
3. The aluminum profile extrusion frame can not be too dense, and there should be a gap between the materials, especially the interval between the small and thick materials that are not ventilated.
4. Before the aluminum profile is loaded into the furnace, other special alloys of 6xxx and ordinary 6063 alloy should be installed separately for the aging of the furnace.
The extruded aluminum profile has low hardness before aging and cannot be used as a finished product, so in general, it must be aged to improve its strength. Usually, the aging can be divided into natural aging and artificial aging, and the current production of 6xxx aluminum profiles is basically the latter-based.
