Aluminum honeycomb panels and aluminum-plastic composite panels require post-processing to be used, and waste is generated in the production process, resulting in increased costs.
Third, in terms of performance, it can be analyzed from three aspects: wind resistance, processing diversity and service life:
(1) Wind resistance: The aluminum honeycomb panel is more stable because the core layer distribution is fixed in the entire surface of the board, so that the wind pressure resistance is much stronger than that of the aluminum single board and the aluminum-plastic composite board.
(2) Processing diversity: Since the construction process of aluminum veneer and aluminum-plastic composite board is basically the same, aluminum-plastic composite board has greater processing freedom, aluminum veneer and aluminum honeycomb board are formed by manufacturers, and equipment precision Correlation, so in the processing shape diversity, aluminum-plastic composite panels are the best, followed by aluminum honeycomb panels, and finally aluminum panels.
(3) Service life: Due to the difference in the material and processing technology of the surface coating, the aluminum veneer coating uses PVDF fluorocarbon coating to make it have excellent performance in terms of service life. In contrast, the aluminum-plastic composite panel uses fluorine. Carbon resin coating, the service life is far less than aluminum veneer, easy to age and corrosion; and aluminum honeycomb panel using fluorocarbon roll-coated aluminum plate processing technology, is also to ensure a certain degree of service life, basic and aluminum veneer service life same. But compared to the cost, it is clear that the aluminum veneer is more affordable.
